Ms. Ullrich specializes in high-tech and consulting recruiting for the recruitment of senior level executives in enterprise software, high technology, and consulting companies.

Ms. Ullrich has close to 15 years of executive search experience with her own firm and Russell Reynolds Associates. Earlier in her career, she was Director of Product Marketing at Siebel Systems, responsible for the communications industry vertical. She joined Siebel from Accenture, where she was a manager in strategy consulting. She began her career in an engineering management development program with GTE and engineering assignments at Motorola.

Kathy Ullrich has an MBA with top honors from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She has a BS, cum laude, in electrical engineering from University of Michigan. She is Associate Director of Alumni Career Services for UCLA Anderson School. She co-founded Professional Area Network for Women in Technology (PANW), a non-profit with the mission to advance women in technology, now SD Forum Tech Women's Program. She was previously VP of the Board of Directors for the UCLA Anderson School Alumni Association, MBA Alumni Class President, Member of the Board of Directors for the University of Michigan Alumni Association, Regional Director for the Silicon Valley chapter of WITI, and a selected participant for Leadership California.


Irene Blomgren 

As a past Executive in Human Capital Development with extensive retained executive search experience Irene brings a strategic talent management solution to her clients. She began her career  as an in-house corporate recruiter and soon ran her own recruiting agency assisting large and small technology clients like Pacific Bell, Anderson Consulting, Deloitte, Cadence, Motorola, CollabNet and many more. She was President of a subsidiary of Netswork where she led strategic growth initiatives and managed an outsourced recruiting model for start-ups in the bay area. As EVP of TASER, International she worked with senior management to create a strategic recruitment and selection plan as well as overseeing  organizational development and training. She has been responsible for numerous senior searches in finance, marketing, sales, engineering and management, partnering with her clients to build strong successful teams. 

Ms Blomgren has her B.S. in Psychology from Westmont College, Santa Barbara, Ca. 


Victoria Usherenko, Retained Recruiter

Ms. Usherenko focuses on recruitment of executives for emerging technology and Fortune 1000 companies, with a focus on south eastern US and Latin America. Prior to recruiting, Ms. Usherenko established the US headquarters of ISM Consulting, a world class consulting boutique specializing in project management, corporate transformation and IT staffing. She started her career with First National Bank of Chicago as senior internal auditor and TransChem Finance and Trade as project manager.

Victoria holds a B.A. in Business and Finance from the University of Michigan and a M.I.B.A. in International Business from Nova Southeastern University. She is Founder and President of ITWomen, a South Florida non-profit dedicated to the advancement of professional women in technology. Most recently, she served as President of Women in Technology International (WITI) South Florida Chapter. She is actively involved in many business and civic organizations. Victoria was born in Kiev, Ukraine and emigrated to the US in 1975.


Carol Dressler, Senior Advisor

For ten years Carol Dressler has worked with venture investors and entrepreneurs to build technology companies. Recently, she was asked to return to Stanford Development Department as a senior consulting advisor for the Stanford Challenge Campaign. To continue her involvement with executive search, she is now a senior advisor to Kathryn Ullrich Associates, Inc. on executive level searches.

Before launching her management search firm, Carol honed her managerial skills and developed her broad connections in various roles spanning 27 years at Stanford University. She served as Stanford's Associate Vice President for Development, and as Associate Dean for External Relations at Stanford's Graduate School of Business, as well as its Director of Executive Education and Director of Placement. She holds a BA in English from Connecticut College, MA from Stanford and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business. Carol has been a featured speaker at The Entrepreneur Conference at Stanford and Cornell; BASES (the Business Alliance for Stanford Engineering Students); and Harvard Business School's Westrek. Dressler serves on the board of FLY (Fresh Lifelines for Youth), sponsors the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, and has served on the Board of Interplast, Inc.

 
 

Kathryn Colligan, Retained Recruiter

With extensive client-side experience along with strong recruiting experience, Kathryn Colligan brings a solid understanding of the leadership and cultural fit necessary to create successful management teams. Kathi works with the team on high tech recruiting assignments and has worked with both early-stage and Fortune 1000 companies at the CEO, COO and functional executive level, Ms. Colligan builds strong management teams for organizations that dominate their market space.

Kathryn has extensive recruiting experience as an Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates and as a Principal at Christian & Timbers. Her track record of placements spans a range of industries including technology, financial services, services and consumer; and functions including sales, marketing, finance, and business development.

Earlier in her career, Kathryn was in sales at MicroStrategy and at Sybase Inc., where she managed significant client relationships. She began her career at Accenture as a Consultant, based in the Los Angeles office. Ms. Colligan earned a B.S. in Engineering with Honors from the University of California, San Diego.
